If you are interested in customizing your own MSA hard hat, please note the following:
- The item number of the hats you want to purchase.
- MSA hard hats must be purchased in increments of 20 in order to be customized
- Specify how many colors are going to accompany your logo, design, or phrase
- The placement of your design (where you want your design to go, ie. front, back, or side).

Jackson/Allsafe has been providing safety for over 70 years and so you know that their head protection is top quality. Their hard hats all either meet Type I or Type II impact requirements. In addition to meeting certain types, these helmets also meet either Class G, Class G, or Class C electrical requirements. When customizing a Jackson/Allsafe hard hat, please note the following:
- Blockhead hard hats must be orders in a minimum of 20 then increments of 10 after the initial 20 (sold by case of 10)
- All other styles (other than Blockhead) must be ordered in minimums of 24 and then increments of 12 after initial 24 (sold by case of 12)
- One time set up charge - first time only
- Artwork charge if artwork has to be recreated

Bullard hard hats come in various styles like classic, standard, or high heat with various suspensions. These hard hats allow you to have quality in head protection with great customization and
durability.

There are no set-up charges, artwork charges, or proofing charges for decorated hard hats and caps.
Only a Minimum of 20 Hats required for customization.
Customization Process for Bullard Hard Hats is as follows:
- 20 Hard Hat Minimum
- Submit Your Artwork.
- Choose the Location of Logo or Decal (Bullock offers eight locations including: front center, back center, front and back temples, and the sides.
- Determine Your Pantone Colors
How Do I Submit My Artwork?
Submit your logo in a file with an extension of .eps, .fh, .ai. If the artwork that you have is a .jpeg, .tiff, or .pdf file, Bullard will need to re-create your logo which will increase the
turn around time on your hard hat.
If you cannot locate your artwork, your logo can also be scanned.
If possible, try to get a digital version of your logo.
How do I Determine My Pantone Colors?
In many cases, the color is included in the digital version of your logo. Since color itself is subjective, and different computer monitors and printers can vary, the Pantone Matching System (PMS)
is universally accepted in indetifying colors.
What to do if you don't have any of the things listed above?
Send what you have and Bullard will re-create your logo for you for no charge.
Bullard offers 3M Scotchlite striping in many colors and reflectivity. From decorative stripe colors with 10 - 30CPL, to highly reflective stripes at 500CPL to help improve worker visibility day and night.
